  Well, for giants it means the Stomp and Wind Guard rework/uncap. For elves I *believe* it means the ranged attack aiming meter tweak, though it might also refer to the uncapping of Final Shot as well.
  
  

  The aiming meter only goes up to 99%.
  
  * If the opponent is standing still, max aim meter is 99%.
  * If the opponent is walking, max aim meter is 90%(92% in G10S2).
  * If the opponent is running, max aim meter is 80%(84% in G10S2).
  * If the character is moving, max aim meter is 50%.

  I'd love the Final Shot uncap but my primary concern is to make the skill usable again. If you can't teleport while aiming then sadface ):

  You're just lazy. 5, 10, 15 quests are easy as hell... Just hate having to use Mana Tunnel ;;.
  
  Also: Ironsage should be shot in the face. Guy doesn't even read tickets, nor care about anyones issues.

  While Chise is lazy, try being a Giant that has been played for more than an hour, and try to do the level 10 cap quest. Not as fair as compared to Elves, which is go to a spot in the desert, find a common statue, then continue hunting artifacts.

  Well, once you develop any future Giant beyond being just an alt, go hunt Snowfield Rats, which move underneath snow that you have to dig up, and getting it to drop a claw, at a 1/3 rate, since the chances of you having a CP under 341 is slim to none if you ranked any skills. And since the claw doesn't drop often even if you do have a CP of under 341, the 1/3 drop rate made it hell.
  
  So god damn glad they're removing the cap quests. Dx

  If its Irosage, then its just a joke. Many people that I know say that if Irosage replies to your ticket, nothing much will get done. =D
