There's this church my mom takes me to. I don't yet consider myself any kind of Christian in specific (I don't believe every Christian thing, but I do believe in the possibility of some things they/we believe in), but it's still a nice place to go to.
Anyways, the Pastor had an accident and is in the Hospital for now, and one of the church leaders (I guess she's a church leader) is coming up with a project in which everyone help make a picture book or something for the Pastor.
Since he's a pretty cool Pastor compared to most I see and since he sent me a birthday card for my birthday, I do wanna make a picture of something, but I don't know what.
I'm not good at art. At least not yet. I can't even entirely draw a proper stick man.
I want to make a special picture. Something Christian related (or at least not too far from it) yet is original. I don't want it to be cliche, so most likely it won't be something with a picture of Jesus or something. I mean, Jesus is one of the most important and is the most popular figure in the Bible, but there's also other notable characters and events.
Got any ideas? I also guess it doesn't have to be a picture.

Saul losing his sight then becoming Paul? Elijah asking God to send fire?

Google has been almost useless lately. Do you know which scripture that's in by any chance? At least the one about asking god to send fire.

Kings 18: 33-34, I think.

I'm not very religious, but I do enjoy the myths and stories of all religions. That said, for some reason I can only think of Cain commiting the first murder on his brother Abel (at least I believe it was the first murder) and the story of the tower of Babel.

The Loli enjoys drawing Christian pictures. It doesn't necessarily have to be an important event in the bible, but rather, an interpretation or usage of the scripture.
You could draw an uplifting picture with a prayer and a related scripture on it~ <3

I would love to draw a very professional picture of some great event in the bible, but like I said, I currently suck at drawing pictures.
I'll give it a try anyways.
Do you know where I can read up on the crusades after math and the surrender of Jerusalem?

Maybe, uh, draw a picture of David killing Goliath, and add a note that your pastor = David, his problem = Goliath.
Just don't draw it realistically because that makes for a sickening cruel picture. Like the double-sided one which I believe was painted by Michelangelo and which I can't find on the internet.

A paramount picture of god with his hands open awaiting all the souls to come to him from the graveyard spread out in front of em.

I'm not amused by this.
