Use paybycash then pick dinero mail. You can pay on any Oxxo. You have to wait for a day to get your credit authorized, so plan ahead.
I wouldn't recommend toditocash nor western union, the extra fees add up and you end up expending quite an extra penny.

Predicting: Thunderbird, Siberian Husky, Mini-Skeleton, and Flying Star. They're among the older limited pets that were pretty popular. Things like the Unicorn, Mini-Ghost, Griffin, Rainbow Sprite, the Crystal Deer, Fire Horses, and of course, the Dragons are still considerably younger than the above mentioned.

While the Panda Gacha is tempting, I already have a Mini Bear, which is what the Panda is a re-skin of, so I'll most likely pass on this one [S]unless convinced otherwise[/S], and as said before in this thread, many better combat pets have come and gone since then. *Points to pet collection containing both dragons, both tiger mounts, flame mare, griffin, etc.*
Since the first pet revealed for re-release this week was the first limited time pet here according to wiki, I assume that the other four will all be pets that first ran back in 2008/early 2009. My guesses for the remaining four are Siberian Husky (Which I REALLY want.), Mini Skeleton, Unicorn (I heard that in other servers, Unicorn became color selectable in later releases. Will it like that here too?), and Black Sheep (Which as a guilty pleasure, I do also want.). Only having 5 for the event is a little scant compared to what KR's running right now though (One pet each weekend over 11 weeks. They already had the Snow Tiger, Beyaya, Thunderbird, and Polar Bear in the past weeks with this weekend being the Rainbow Sprite.), but eh, who knows, we might get another run with pets that first ran back in mid-late 2009 by the end of next month.

I missed out on half of them but I'm happy of the ones I have for the exact reason that they were exclusive.
Well, they're still techinally limited edition pets since they're only going on sale for 2 days then going away.
And to people asking about Panda gacha... yes, Panda pets should still give them out, seeing that the one we got from Mystery Boxes comes with a gacha.
