When people say 'huh'
Do you expect them to say what did you say?
When you say: Nevermind.
They KNOW what you said.
I don't get this!
SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.

This was a little confusing to make out, but I think I have the gist of what you're asking for.
When people say "Huh?" they're usually unsure that what they heard was what they actually heard. They also might be inclined to say this because they actually did NOT catch what one has just said or explained.
In effect, when one says "Nevermind" afterwards, usually the recipient confirms that what they originally heard (but could not make clearly) is what the speaker had said. Does that clarify things for you?

Well, it just makes no sense to me.
I mean, saying huh or what or pardon or etc. usually means you didn't catch what the person said;
but then I say nevermind and they figure out what I said;
I don't get it!
SO ANNOYING T_T.

Whenever me and one of my friends say "huh" the conversation usually goes as follows.
"Huh?" "huh?" "huh?" "huh?" "what? "what?" "what'd you say?" "idk I forgot." -we both laugh-

Huh?
My Huh's are "I don't get what you just said, please repeat yourself or word it differently."

Oh, I see what you mean.
Sometimes it just takes your brain a bit to process what it heard. This happens to me all the time. Do I feel foolish? Yes. But at least I know what you said without you having to repeat it, and you also get to make fun of me for it. :D
