Bleach is dead to me now. After catching up a couple weeks ago I just can't stand it anymore.

The only dragged out mainstream that deserves my attention at this point are Negima, FMA, Kenichi, and One Piece.
But One Piece barely makes the cut, because its seriously way too long at some parts.
And FMA is almost over.
Naruto died after Sasuke left. It died HARDCORE after the whole Pain thing.
Bleach died after Soul Society. It died HARDCORE after vs Grimmjow.
Reborn has a very little chance of saving itself. Currently, its very dead to me.
Soul Eater isn't very far yet so I can't count it as a dragged out mainstream yet.
Now most of my attention is on non-mainstream mangas. Index, Bakuman, LBH, Claymore...

I just watched the last episode of bleach to see if they made the battle better than the manga.
Wasn't ishida's arm supposed to be torn off? Instead it looked like he just got scratches on it. However he still talked like if it was cut off.
Then they go ahead and rip off ulquiora's arm like in the manga. What's the difference between one and the other? If it's a censor make up your damned minds. I bet Soiphon's arm isn't going to get cut off now when she fights that old skull guy? D:

I thought ishida's arm wud be torn off 2 but i guess ulquiorra just broke it. It's kinda like a referal from book to movie, some things are left out

They spend an entire episode to charge an attack or something
Dragon Ball Z Kai somehow manages to keep all the plot and action with significantly less episodes

They killed Ulquiorra's second resurreccion in the anime, the quality was sadder than the manga. This makes me sad. :gloom2:. He looked more epic before.

Truth.

A direct comparison would show the manga displays more emphasis on action, plot, and character, all in a few minutes worth of panels. Because the art and dialog isn't a COMPLETE piece of crap like the anime, you don't really lose much of the effects.
You can only be at complete awe of Ulquiorra's powers for a few minutes. With unnecessary drag ons, dust clearing, and pillar smashing, things just get boring.

As bad as the manga is, its still ten steps above the Anime.
I'm seriously placing Bleach as THE second worst airing series right now, with Naruto being the worst.

Personally preferred Grimmjow.
And Adult Nell is waifu-able.

Grimmjow is one of my favourite male characters, but it's really hard to compare him with shinigami characters, I don't know why. He has to be my second favourite out of anything that's not shinigami.
There's also Hanataro, Byakuya (predictable ;o;) and Hisagi Shuuhei (I don't even know).
Nel wins for female, of course .
Everyone in Bleach has to either be flat or booblicious. What is this..

Byakuya (predictable ;o;)
Byakuya has only one real reason to be awesome.
He's a Touhou.
Scattering millions of pedal blades. Controlling thousands of blades.
Shooting white lightning.
Yeah, thats definitely danmaku material.
