A lot of slurs but especially F*ggot and N*gger. I can't stand either of them enough to type them out completely.
1. I can't stand that being homosexual is somehow an insult, just because they're different.
2. Pretty much the same thing, but I also hate how some black people use it with each-other regularly, then get all "omg you racist!" when someone else uses it, even though they probably learned it from a black guy in a song.

The word
literally..
So many include it in sentences thinking they're adding emphasis.
Edit: This guy knows how I feel:

Whenever someone uses "literally" wrong, I ask them if what they said could even be figurative hueheuheu

Inhuman. The common definition people use for the word contractic the very nature of it.

i'm not sure if this actually counts, but when people misuse 'awe' in place of 'awwww', it REALLY makes me mad. and recently i saw someone use 'woe' in place of 'woah'... makes me really frustrated. >:
It really gets me angry when people say "Woah" instead of "Whoa".

I agree with the "why" thing. I hate it when people ask stupid questions.
The word "so", people tend to use it after you state an observation.
I'll probably add more in.

How can you notice the difference in that?
Hm, word I hate the most, f**k, it's so vulgar and unappealing. :V

Certain slurs just really annoy me.
Mainly if they're aimed at someone the person obviously doesn't know well enough to be a joke, or if they find it funny.

"cluster."
the idea of clustered objects itself makes me uncomfortable and the word brings up mental images of such. 8(
