You can't stop them? I've seen some cashiers say stuff to would-be thieves (after my mom points it out to them).

Nope. We can get fired over it if were not extremely careful. If they don't stop at the door when the alarm goes off we can't chase em. Our security guy even got fired over stopping someone. It can all come back in a lawsuit basically so we tread lightly, even if we KNOW their stealing.

People not speaking English shouldn't bother you that much. lmao
Just get someone who can communicate with them so that way you don't have to deal with it.
And lol @ the feet. Some of these seem like things you could definitely ignore.

Just because Walmart doesn't discriminate against hiring employees doesn't mean we have a translator for every freaking language. Especially at all times of the day. Learn English, your in america.
Ignore... depends. Annoying to even HAVE to ignore. Yes
Edit! Here's a few more I added...
47. customers who leave their carts anywhere they ****ing like to
48. customers who have to move the carts up front to get around faster
49. customers who can barely walk into the store then complain when our scooters dont work

It is America, but you do have to understand that people generations older than us may have only had the chance to learn very basic English, if any at all.
Seems silly to get pissed at old people speaking Russian or etc. lmao

They get pissed at me (and walmart) because we can't help em. It's frustrating. I would love to be able to help em. If they can't speak english or I can't even understand em I have em draw what they are looking for and pray to god that they can draw well enough for me to be able to tell what it is their looking for.

so, how is eric doing?
im not fond of alot of these either, and i dont work at wal-mart. #54 is a definate yes, i know a large chick in real life who will wear daisy dukes and other small clothing and thinks she looks hotter than anyone else, when in truth she doesnt. #55 is lol, honestly if you need an electrical vehicle to help you move around in any situation that isnt having to drive somewhere, you need to lose weight. and dont use weight disorders as an excuse, i know plenty of people with weight disorders (this is america after all) and move around perfectly fine without any help.

I work on counter at Mc Donalds sometimes to fill someone on break, and people who can't speak English or very little of it make me mad. I know they try but I spend 5 minutes trying to figure out what they're saying. And when they point and go "That!" it doesn't help since I can't see where they are pointing...
Grr

I agree with most of these. I understand that you can't speak English, but please understand that we can't speak your language. Please.
