Nexon generally goes by PST time. It's 9 here.

Yeah I live on the west & play on east. Not sure about the whole 12am thing, 3 dungeons thing.

Update: The servers are back up. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience. We are considering compensation plans including for those who worked hard on the Wings event. We will provide more details in the near future.
