The first and last time I went to one, some big hairy muscly guy kept checking me out. It was scary.

One advice: If you're gonna do some weights, remember to take it slow. A lot of people do it fast, but you burn more muscle mass if you do 2 seconds pull, 4 seconds release. Be sure to take breaks, like every other day and maybe keep weekends off, as chock said your muscles need to recuperate lol.

I wanna lose some weight (15 lbs) by the end of this summer! Is that a reasonable goal? I weigh 180 lbs.
