About 1hour 45min full paper sketch for my Touhou NewYear with Meiling <3
Most time consumed redrawing them annoying fingers, also noticed head turned out positioned too far from the neck so need to fix that on SAI. I hope it turns out nice CGed.

I have to say though, her fingers in her rear hand still don't seem balled properly (mid segment seems a bit long too) and that placing of that arm seems unnaturally high. Seems as if it's in line with the ribs when generally a stance like that positions the elbow below the ribcage.

Ya arm does need a serious fix. The the left appeared completely flat and like your said the right elbow should of meet around her below ribcage/stomach.
Gunna fix all that on drawing program to reposition her limbs.
