Issues with Purchased Premium Items

Hello Players,
We are aware of an issue with your purchased Premium Items not appearing in your Character Select screen.

Thank you for your posts in the forum and on Facebook. We are looking into this issue and will have it resolved during the Scheduled Maintenance on Thursday, August 11.

Affected items are:
- Pet cards
- Character cards
- Premium Service

As stated above, this will be rectified during Thursday's maintenace. You will not lose your valuable items!

We sincerely apologize for this issue and thank you for your patience.

Looks like I'll have to wait till this afternoon to do much of anything on mabi. I'm heavily reliant on Extra Storage due to all my personalized stuff.

Seems like they decided to push the maintenance up ahead just for the premium issues.

Originally it was suppose to be from 11 pm (EST) ~ 4 am (EST), no?

i hear that >.< friggin service shut down right in the middle of a bunch of HM TM runs... still had like 5 passes left when this happened, and nnoooo room D:<!!!

wonder what kind of compensation they'll give for this latest blunder... o.x
