First one is only a detail of a painting btw, but I didn't find a nice version of the whole thing. If you want to see it anyway look up
Kaiserproklamation in Versailles.
This one is good though, albeit a different version (
still same painter, as you can see).

Also I don't think the second one is all thaaaaaaaat realistic looking, the first one feels like a colourised old photograph at points though, particularly Wilhelm I.'s face.
