lol I forgot to add that option. I suppose that either anarchist or centrist would be the next best thing.

I don't identify with any side politically, because all sides have some good ideas but also many bad ideas. There's people who will completely discredit the other political spectrum just because they identify a certain way. You shouldn't vote on something on the basis of "does this match my political ideals" but "is this what's best for everyone?"
I'm definitely a liberal when it comes to social issues though. If social conservatives completely dominated, interracial marriage would probably still be banned.

That makes you a centrist, no? xd
From Wikipedia:
In politics, centrism is the ideal or the practice of promoting policies that lie different from the standard political left and political right. Most commonly, this is visualized as part of the one-dimensional political spectrum of left-right politics, with centrism landing in the middle between left-wing politics and right-wing politics. Centrist ideologies tend to focus around policies such as civil liberties/human rights, social liberalism and economic liberalism.
I think you should post definitions in the first post because I don't think everyone knows what those terms mean. :P

Whichever one best suits the following:
Politics make no sense and should be abolished and restructured on a global scale so the human race can live as a world rather than countries, and finally expand exponentially in fields liek science and medicine. Law and order should be maintained throughout the process and every human being should have equal rights, and have access to everything he/she requires to achieve their goals, so long as those goals aim to better the species, be it from something as simple as leading a good life with a family or extensive scientific research.
If nothing fits that then poll can go screw itself.

Practically Social-/Ordoliberal (in the correct non-American sense), purely ideally Anarcholiberal.
That's close enough.
I am this way because it's the way of civilisation. :awesome:

I don't really think about it because they all pretty much suck and we're screwed either way.
^this. Their all liars and suck. So I don't care

Again, this isn't about dishonest politicians or political parties. This is about your beliefs.
-
Hiccup wrote on 2011-08-12 12:21
That is my belief lol. I'm not associated with any party. And don't much care about a politicians views considering they are most likely lies, and they will always do something different then what was "promised". Why bother caring about these false hopes? Politicians will do what they want regardless of what the said, as long as it falls into the checks and balances in place in the government.

I edited in some very simplistic definitions.

Democrats: The babies who cause the mess, and refuse to clean it up or take responsibility for it.
Republicans: The ones who try to clean up the mess, but fail miserably, then are blamed for making it worse.
This pretty much how I see American politics right now.
