Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm getting an error message when I try to make a bid on a house like this:

Has been going on since yesterday.. tried ccing, relogging, bidding on a different housing area, no luck. I already collected all my furniture from my last house. ???? Any help would be appreciated

nup, the first one i tried to bid on already had that error

seems like everyone bidding is experiencing this issue though
