  Well, it isn't his job to know the detail of the games. He just the director who manage everyone who is controlling the games basically.

  Min Kim, obviously, chose not to. Also, his job isn't to GM or script, he is VP, he handles the business aspect of the corporation.
  
  A primary example of a cash whore who majored in Business and doesn't actually care for video games that ended up being top head of a video game company, which in turn ended up making Nexon what it is today.
  
  A toy maker who doesn't like toys will not put any life into it.

  There are many companies that choose not to go to E3, either due to cost (It DOES cost a lot for booths, I don't know where you get that at all), or other reasons.
  
  Blizzard releases to much, nets to much attention, and earns more publicity with Blizzcon than they were getting at E3. It had nothing to do with conceit, it had to do with being one of the larger names in the industry, with the most well-known titles.

  Nexon doesn't create the game, they just produce it. Most game producers know very little about the game (Near nothing about mechanics), and people who work higher up in the company likely only know the game title, and maybe the logo and any main characters (Possibly).
  
  The game industry isn't exactly made up gamers anymore, and mostly is middle-management that sucks the life and fun out of their titles.
