Alright, let's say you were to get a same-sex marriage in a state where it's recognized/legal. THEN moved to a state where it is NOT legal/recognized. Would the two married be considered married still? Or what?
Also, if you were to go to a state that allows it just to be married there (Like, I fly to Wisconsin to be married but as soon as me and my wife got married we fly back to Florida) would this be recognized?

" United States Constitution, which addresses the duties that states within the United States have to respect the "public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state."
The answers to your questions are yes you can fly to a different state get married and then fly back to your home.

its imporant to law
Court cases are used for evidence and precedents and other cases
Like common law marriage
You can simply live with you said spouse for x time, sign papers in front of the county clerk
And boom your married
Even if you move to a state where common law marriage is now gone, your marriage is still valid

If this wasn't implemented, then cheating husbands can go to the other 49 states and marry different women.
Imagine a husband with 50 wives... just wait till the due time for child support comes in... o__o
