Well, if it happens to be the "Fail to run Mabinogi" issue, go to your Mabinogi folder, find the Mabinogi exe, then right-click, go to properties, and check the box that says "run as administrator". That fixed my problem.

It's more of a error that occurs after I get to the character screen or slightly before that.
