Don't buy it. Depending on your server, 4m sounds like way too much.
Checking the crafting requirements.
Exquisite Iron Ore x25 (Probably the most costly part. Grinding Forest Ruins should get you enough Superiors to craft all the Exquisites though)
Generic Titan Drops (Cheap, <10k each)
Backbones (Only 10k each on East)
Titan Break Offs (Not sure on the price, but I think it's around 30k - 40k. Breakoff is also easy to do if you find a party to do it with)
Total? Nowhere near 4m unless you buy all the Iron Ores. The fact it's 96 durability is also iffy, that and it's only +4 which you can easily get to without buying Empowered Stones if you grind Ortel.
