Log in loading screen is frozen

2 of my characters when logging in have a blank space in the channel select list, and when I try to choose a channel and log in I get this:

And it just stays like that until I end the process through task manager.

I think this happens to anyone who logged off in housing, because HCh is down. I get that screen in any character that I signed out in HCh. I haven't been able to get in on my main all day. =/

HCH died off,like completely poofed away into thin air like Channel 5 did one time this week.
