Hey guys, so I'm getting bored of being an Evie right now, once I build up enough funds funds I'm thinking of going back to my Fiona for a bit. I've neglected her long enough (since Evie came out): ). So I have a few questions,
1. What would be the best gear for a fiona 60 and above? I was looking at Ingkells as the set I would stick with. Let me know if thats a good choice.
2. What would be the best scroll combo (suffix, prefix) for a hammer
Thanks.

1. For STR, Black Hammer/Swift combo. For DEF, Holy Wing Half Plate.
2. Ornate, whatever speed or eh.

I guess I'll go black hammer swift.
I'll prolly fetch a black hammer with ornate and maelstrom? or bloodlust.

Ornate Maelstrom would probably be ideal. However having a pair of r9 Enchants on a single weapon tends to drive the price up (and Black Hammers aren't cheap to start with), so I'd settle with Ornate Valor or Ornate Bloodlust.

If it does I wouldn't be able to make the whole set, damn those glas torn pants

Raider set offers 721 Strength, BH/Swift mix offers 703.
But BH/Swift offers 3480 Defense, while full Raider offers only 1878.
Honestly, I don't think ~1600 defense and 2 Glas Pants is worth it for 18 strength.
I still stand by my claim that waiting for Ep9 armor which has +Stamina on it is the way to go though.

Hmmm. I think I'll take your advice, wait for Ep 9 Armor. School is starting soon so I wont have much time on Vindi, probably only 2 hours a day for raids.

3-piece Raiders has a better set bonus than either BH or Swift (as the raider armor itself has more STR to account for the minimal set loss), and Swift has a better 2-piece bonus than BH. Thus it looks as if 3 Raiders / 2 Swift is the way to go. You keep the defense with your masteries ranked, and you can force the raiders for more STR than you could ever hope for with BH/Swift.
