320 series is really slow though since it's SATA II, but has the good

It uses a Marvell chip, but it runs Intel firmware. The chip doesn't really matter, so long as it doesn't die. You still get an Intel-grade controller. :P
And Ramsdale is for enterprises, from what I remember. You'd max out your budget just getting one of those. x3
