you get beta keys and stuff to distribute
like Nexon gives them to any media source interested
you also get handson experience if the developers brought them to e3
like some writers were impressed with the visuals of 3DS

Well that just goes to show you that Justin Bieber is sh!t tier.
Not that I'm a fan of her, but try getting a Lady Gaga ticket for that price. lol.
Anyways, E3 has turned into more of a business meet rather than a convention for electronics fans.
Most of the people who go there are either competitors, reporters, people in the profession of electronics, researchers, media crews, extreme hardcore fans, etc.
