I've used http://www.random-image.net/ (for my signature I had between my two link pics), and it works perfectly fine.
However, my free account only allows me 1500 hits every 24 hours. Nation's too populated for that, and I already went over 1500 in maybe...15 hours or so.

I've been looking around but can't find one without a hit constraint [S]or a different one at all for that matter[/S].

Any help?

www.randomsig.net has potential, but I dunno if they have limits.

After all, signature generator is basically the same as a signature generator, hmm?

This one doesn't allow 'animated pictures', but also a possibility.
