The Obama Administration put out an executive memo to ICE letting them know that even though the Dream Act has been put down in Congress (twice, I believe) that they should act as though it passed and nobody really reported it (surprise).

Well that's no good. Can we impeach Obama now or do we have to wait for more bull****tery from him to commence before we finally yank his ass out of office?
I never did like Obama >.>

I did in the beginning... But I really do not approve of his policies. He is a horrible President.

Well, he's the best of the worst. Probably out of the new candidates as-well.

True, I suppose you can't be perfect but we do have a system in place and trying to cheat the system is only going to make you look like an arsehat. (see Bush)

Yerp. I guess I'm just glad we didn't get stuck with either of the other two.. sh*t would have hit the fan ever sooner.
Too bad we still don't have any decent candidates.

I don't think it's as cut and dry as the article makes it out to be, especially since looking at the wording, there's definite political bias going on (also looking at the name of the website, but that's another matter!)
Personally (from a neutral, attempting to be non-bias standpoint), I think it's more of a memo to tell the border people to take it easy if you have/want to, rather than punishing everyone to the full extent of the law. It ends up having a very, very minimal effect on how border control changes their tactics, but it has a major effect on winning (or trying to win) the latino vote.

I thought the President always had the power to give amnesty to any criminals?
Considering that the source is from the Tea Party, and the Tea Party is practically always anti-Obama, I wouldn't take them as a credible source of information at all. They are probably as credible as Fox News.

How is this any different from telling cops that they're allowed to let speeders off with a warning?

Speeding isn't as harmful as illegal immigration.
Illegal immigration is hard to track and takes jobs away from Americans as well as leech out money out of our government and from our taxes.

Be careful. The way you say it, you make it sound like jobs are worth more than lives. I'm never going to get hit by an immigration, but I look both ways before crossing the street.

I'm laughing that people actually got fooled by this piece of propaganda written by none other than the Tea Party. xD I mean, I'm saying this even though I'm against illegal immigration (and the DREAM Act). This stuff is hilarious.
You should read the actual document. It doesn't tell ICE officers to ignore people described in the DREAM Act. It merely tells them that those people are not the priority of ICE, since they cause the least problems and ICE should spend its limited resources on more serious cases first. There is nothing wrong with such a guideline.
This whole BS is based on Palin-grade reasoning. lolol

Yeah, I was real iffy about using TPT as a source since, well... it's TPT. I couldn't find many other sources though.

the new presidential candidates are terrible
you have a crazy woman for Republicans and Sarah Palin
Herman Cain, a guy who doesn't respect the 1st amendment
Mitt Romney is okay but Republicans won't vote for him since he's a Mormon
conservatives love the pure Christian.
And the only jobs illegal immigrants can take are the lowest of the low.
you should be educated enough to have better jobs.
