I don't think the Library is a great place to meet up for meeting new people, everyone is usually so quiet there and stuck in a desk/corner reading their own books... And if you talk, the security guard always taps your back and tells you to either leave or read. :L People really only socialize with one another if they know that person/is their friend. But then again, that's what happens at my local library. :skip:
It's great that you're going to church already, if you want to get in the church community more you can always go to Prayer Meetings, churches usually have them and you can convince your friends to come as well.
Like I said before, try joining an elective this upcoming school-year, you can easily meet new people and make new friends if you speak up a bit. I've made so many friends and acquaintances from being in Marching Band,
For your will to dance, ask around! Friends might have certain talents you might not know of. I'm currently learning how to shuffle from one friend, and do some basic B-boy Dancing from another. I'm not doing so well, though. :oops:

3) Wanna get coffee and talk about this more sometime?
