Friendly little discussion
I apologize since this reeks of "Wait till later when prices drop" But honestly if everyone waited till prices dropped on pants they would crash so much faster.
All these people spending 30-60m+ for raiders/wonderland sets or 300m+ trying to get force onto raiders sets.
I honestly don't see how people think it's worth it, I have been told that wonderland is quite good for evies but i still don't think the upgrade warrants a 60m price tag.
ep9 gives us stamina armor which is a boost/kinda sidegrade to what we already have but still useful none the less.
Ep 10 gives us a clear upgrade for everything. People spend so much money for raiders when it will most likey start tanking in price once ep 9 comes out and become super cheap once dragon stuff comes out.
I've personally just sold a pair of pants for 30m today and I'm astounded people are willing to pay that much for a sidegrade. 30m that could go towards upgrading their items once dragon comes out. Maybe after I get my dragon set I might buy a set of raiders and wonderland for really cheap for the looks.
What's your opinion on all this glas pants/raiders/wonderland hype. I honestly don't see it as anything but a "My e peen is bigger than yours I can afford to buy this" The price for raiders and wonderland does not seem worth it by any stretch of the imagination.
If you manage to hunt glas and get a drop and want to make the set i can see why it would be worth it since the rest of his drops are trash. full set minus pants is around.....400k? I'd pay 400k for a pretty good end game set any day, chances are though you will be able to make the full set for free from the normal drops.

200 int upgrade from what I have, which is a 400 M.ATT difference. My set is the vehemence + broken feather + midnight wedding, the old best set is the 3 star temptress/3 star light glory set, and then wonderland + 3 star earrings.
Crit resistance also helps and agility does slightly.

That does sound pretty good, I still personally think the 60m could be better spent since glas can be pug beaten quite easy and his pants will still drop in price weekly from being killed so often so you could upgrade for 1/3rd of the cost at a later time. *knows nothing about evies so i couldn't say if it's a 100% must have upgrade*

Well, my thoughts.
1. Raider Jacket looks very nice. Some might want it just to show off, but some might just like it (and we all know how much people pay to look good).
2. Raider weapons also use Glas Pants. Raider weapons for Lann are great as they offer very high crit which allows them to use GF more.
3. Dragon isn't easy to kill. The set is going to be expensive for weeks and weeks, and you'll need gear to make it easier to fight him.
4. As stated above, Wonderland offers a lot more Int then any other set (mainly due to set bonus at 4/5, so you can't get off with 3 pieces Wonderland 2 pieces something else).
5. The Dragon armor is not nearly as big of an upgrade as the weapons are. It's very possible to keep using 61 sets even after Dragon is released. The gap between 61 sets and Wonderland is about ~200 Int. The gap between Wonderland and Dragon is about that as well.

For Evie's, Wonderland is the best set till Ep 10. The prices on glas pants have pretty much stabilized on West at about 25-26m. Buyers refuse to pay more than 26-27m, but sellers are refusing to sell under 28m. It's quite hilarious.
300-600m is insane. I'm planning on only putting Force on the Hat/Gloves/Boots. It's just too much of a hassle ruining durability/breaking the boleru/dress.
But yeah, Wonderland is well worth it imo.

Yeah .-.sadly people putting force on 100% of their gear will spend an upwards of 300m if they are unlucky.

If you are a hammer Fiona, full force Raiders is so overkill it isn't even funny. With just a +10 P/V BH, I'm just at 14k with a campfire, and that is with no force. If I would put force on I'd be looking at somewhere around 14.5k just with the three raiders pieces I currently have, which is as I said before, overkill.
People basically want it because it is new. There are many other viable options to stay competitive that don't require the 200m+ force raiders will run you.

I got the raider's jacket by crafting it, got the swords out of pure luck with 10$ nx, and the shoes and gloves were 2m together.
I've yet to bust my wallet for this set, and I certainly don't mind the fact better armor comes out in the distant future.

That's what i find awesome~ not spending 30m on something that will crash super fast.... *will be guilty of buying 1 tear for around 60m when dragon items come out for my 8k attack base hammer* >.>

I dont get the people who buy these things, I always craft the new sets. Though Im going to need a new pair of glas pants to make a new jacket for after I craft the ep 10 stuff, since I fused my current one along with some other things to my DarkCrest/Ingkells set. W/e I got loads of time

Glas armor will not 'crash super fast'. Look at BH/Swift, it is still pretty expensive and that stuff came out back in Boat 6. Glas armor also has that 'best damage possible' lure associated with it...I think the game will die before that stuff goes down to a reasonable price.

When i say crash super fast i mean 30->20m tank then 20->15 or 10M tank. since newer and better armor is coming out, also bh swift competes with some of the mats for the black hammer...hammer and has a lot of annoying mats to farm keeping them high priced and it's currently still one of the best sets, that will change a bit come ep9-10.
While it's true bh swift is still quite pricey and it's been out for so long, it's also been pretty much undefeated for the best stat combo in the game since it came out. Raiders sets are **** all for cost if you get the pants as a drop, 400k in mats for end game max damage gear if you are lucky. bh swift mats on the other hand drove me up a wall farming. When everyone goes for stamina armor or dragon armor the price for glas pants will drop since less people want it and will be going for the better armor.
*Fixed lots of typo's and grammatical errors* For anyone who read that before I edited it I'm sorry for butchering the English language.
