Season 3 Confirmed after the Movie. Looks like the movie won't be on A-Tan but possible the next season will get into it, though i doubt it'll get anywhere near where the Manga is.

Found 720p on a Korean DDL'ing site, of course with Korean subtitles.
2nd season was pretty disappoint for me. Anime like this gets old after the first season.
