I live in Canada and Rogers allows me a 60 GB Limit of Download/Upload. Every month we get over-charged because we exceed that limit. I plan on telling my parents to switch companies, are there any other companies that don't have a limit or have a higher cap? D:

Depends on your area, especially if you go for their DSL option. In theory, since they rent their networks from Rogers and Bell, performance should be comparable. Best way to find out is to try. :3
I'm on Rogers myself, because I don't go above the 60GB cap. If I was in your shoes, though, I'd consider Acanac etc.

i just switched to primus a week ago cause ive been having the same issues (going over). They have an unlimited plan.
