  Because of some pattern/unwritten rule that says that non-service players cannot have more than one inventory window to themselves without having to pay. See my previous statement above.

  IKR? As a bard who doesn't bother with premium service, I can't agree with you more. I'm glad they're throwing us a bone for once, but they still need to give us many more bones before I consider myself fully satisfied. As you said, at least let us be able to store scrolls on our pets, I'd have one of my pets' inventory be nothing but scrolls by now.
  
  Oh well, if earning ducats doesn't also involve gaining experience, I guess I could make use of these bags on my mule account...

  well honestly the true price of the weapon isn't 3k, but for kr test it is (i forgot at what % items are discounted from the shop)

  It is dual wield-able. 30M Ducat isn't really a problem if you compare how hard it is to make Rosemary. All it takes is time. Main concern will be the repair cost, which will require Ducat as well. But since Ducat earning was nerfed, I am not sure if these Ducat weapons in general will be as effective as S/R upgraded weapons. Duel wielding it with Elsinore would surely grant very high damage. But with new ego-able one handed swords, Ego capped Fal or Warsword or possibly even Battle could to more damage.
