KR Test Ego Thread

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. So suppose you have an ego with 30/1/1/1/1/15.
Would you just lose all of your levels from Str down to 15, or would it still spread between all 5 stats?

In other words, are stats allowed to demote past Lv1 (0.00%) in order to reduce the actual total amount lost?

I would take a guess to say that it would all be taken from str. But I can't test this due to brokeness of KR test.

Edit: Actually maybe I could... the stats go down still I think, I could just regular feed an ego up to 15 str and transfer it. But it would have to wait until I finish with my butcher knife

Hmm, this is surprising.

Why is the Hooked Cutlass so much better I wonder? I still haven't seen anything that comes close to the cutlass that can be dual wielding with another weapon. War Sword comes close but it's crit is lacking.

Decided to find out a bunch of other egos final stats using the transfer o o since it was fixed on the test server.

All the egos pictured below are 50/50/48/50/48/50 (Except for the battle it's 49 on dex/luck instead of 48. I messed up the transfer on one O_Q..and had to refeed)

I'm also taking requests if the ego you're interested in is not below (Including old egos if stats haven't been found yet since profing takes like 5 mins on test server) =D

Nope and...
72~120 on Arbalest... Guess its pretty good for a DPS weapon.

But im more of a 1-hit Kill guy :P

yeah and HLB was a few dmg higher than previously indicated I think. 136 instead of 131

Well, good to know that at least HLB can beat Wing/LLB by a tiny amount of damage at the very end... so that makes it not completely useless, but still can't come anywhere close to Ring Bow ego.

Arbalest and all the wooden weapons were a huge surprise, but seems like ultimately not all that much will change in terms of the ideal weapons for damage:

-People with Bastard Sword egoes will keep them.
-People with Ring Bow egoes will keep them.

However, those with other considerations get to have some fun:

-People who went with Muramasa for the crit it has over bsword will probably jump ship to Cutlass.
-People who went with LLB/Wing Bow for the high maximum range and ok damage can switch to HLB.
-People with Crossbow can switch to Arbalest (I'm assuming crossbow doesn't reach that much max/crit but Kaeporo might correct me on this one).
-Elf meleers can switch to Machete/Broad Stick/Francisca for a huge boost in their damage.

Well Xbows/Arbalests are really Good for AR since you can Run with them and get into your enemy's Face with those 100% shots
