KR Test Ego Thread

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. TO TRANSFER SPIRIT WEAPON TO SAME OR DIFFERENT WEAPON;
talk to berched using the spirit weapon keyword (looks like:

he'll give you a keyword (

talk to tarlach
talk to aeria
talk to berched
talk to tarlach, complete quest
(you may now use the new keyword to transfer to the SAME TYPE weapon with tarlach)
items needed: 30 elem remover, 100prof weapon, spirit of choice, 1 spirit liqueur, 5 spirit restoration, 1 spirit dream potion
optional: 1 spirit restoration liqueur which is used to preserve the levels of spirit so none are lost in transfer

talk to berched using the new spirit keyword, he'll give you a new quest
talk to dorren
talk to berched
talk to dorren, complete quest
(you may now use the new keyword to transfer to a DIFFERENT TYPE weapon with dorren)
items needed: 30 elem remover, 100prof weapon, spirit of choice, 1 spirit liqueur, 5 spirit restoration, 2 spirit dream potions, 1 spirit seal potion
optional: 1 spirit restoration liqueur which is used to preserve the levels of spirit so none are lost in transfer

also, transferring weapons atm is broken as stated before. while you keep your levels you've fed up to, the ego's stats itself revert to base, and you lose your awakening (until you feed and pass another social level, then you gain that back to the rank you were before you switched)

gonna keep feeding in hopes they fix it sometime soon.

In regards to the glitch how does it effect the stats of the weapon when you level up, say, str?

Yeah you can, all of the new egoable weapons can be purchased from Duncan for 250g each.

i have to wonder if there's an issue with ego stats on KR test --

a 46+ llb should be much, much higher than that. my 32 soc/37 str llb on na has higher max than that does.

edit: OR perhaps on test server only str adds dmg? have u been getting dmg from will/luck?

i think i have.. though i know llb should be higher than that by a lot. even the soc/str42 elb i have right now on test is stronger than that llb.

Nevermind because a level 46 str llb should have like 102 dmg without will/luck. -panic-

Lol from that screen shot I can deduce that egoes stats (according to existing charts) are:
Str: 38
Luck: 36
Will: 37
Int: 39
Dex: 41
Social should be somewhere around 38?

It's possible they rebalanced ego weapons *shrugs*

They did mention a few interviews ago that they would add new weapons and make sure that none of them was clearly better than the others (whether through nerfs or boosting). Now those HLB stats don't look so bad if the rest of the weapons were brought down as well.

yeah, male bows don't have very good will/luck growth. i wonder how the social is so high then...

If they nerfed Ego stats I would be very mad. I mean what would the point be anymore? I can't think of anyone on any server thinking ego's needed a nerf cause they were too easy to get so strong...

So true :/ I guess if ring/wing/llb suck Ill just get the dang hlb v.v

But really if thats the case, and hlb is the best of the bows now, whats the point... upgraded hlb is superior even at S5 and B grade with mediocre enchants.
