Getting 12k dmg to 13k+?

  Im not sure how other people got to +13k stat unless they just simply slapped on Maelstrom on their weapon. Currently my Karok is lvl65 and using Swift Head/Body/Greave and Ingkell Gauntlet and Boots. All +5 enhanced except Swift Head with +4 (well its just for defense). Complete set would be BH Head/Body/Pants and Ingkell Glove Boots. Also would you suggest enchanting after upgrading to BH?

  Ive been running some hero dungeons for my weapon enchants but didnt have any luck getting them
  My Enchant plans are
  (when description says it drops in the Ruin Sanc, does that count for all of it's boat? red archer, spider bro, etc?)

  Other question:
  -When I upgrade my swift to BlackHammer, will the upgrade carry over or will it become a clean BH gear?
  -Are there any penalty using highgrade Enchants (ex: losing more dur, item getting destroid, require rA to use r9)
  -Also isnt therea armor story with swift set? thats whats holding me back from making it into a BH :v

  There's a mission called Ruins of Sanctity.
  Restoration is better then Energy (low stam regen vs a total of 200HP regen).
  Round/Vampire are great filler enchants (prefix/suffix).
  The Swift parts will become clean BH parts. So upgrade them to BH first then Enchant/Enhance.
  [S]r9+ are destroyed when failed AND require a rA bridge. The only other penalty is a lower enchant %.[/S] (ignore this)
  There is a Swift story. Buy it from Balwynn. (I think anyways)
  +10 your weapon if you haven't already. Be sure to use NX though.

  Karok has the hardest time getting over 13k ATT since his weapons (oddly enough) have ATT on the lower end of the spectrum.
  
  If you want pure ATT, you'll want to use either Chiulin Prowess or Black Hammer Pillar over Dream Follower (Chiulin has 100 or so more, too lazy to check). Although most would go for Chiulin since it has 9 ATT SPD (Black Hammer has 0) and 7 more CRIT.
  
  Impending (312 ATT) is better than Gallant (180 ATT or something).
  
  Also, not sure what Invertex means in his comment about r9s, but when you use an r9, there is a chance of it breaking the equipment you're trying to enchant. Supposedly the chance of breaking is like 20~30% (which isn't necessarily high when you consider that you have to fail the enchant first). Exceptions are r9 accessory scrolls, particularly Berserker. Not sure if Warlord can break accessories since I haven't tried one myself.
  
  If you do have some money to throw around though, you can try putting Berserkers on all your accessories. +30 ATT and you won't need a Zeal anymore, plus it's actually a 60% max success chance as opposed to 50 despite being an r9 enchant.

  Harder with a staff, but Evies can wear Force scrolls without any real penalty (compared to other characters who lose a lot of DEF going to Raider's) so it's not too bad if you have money to throw around.

  Easier with staff imo, as it has the DW set. Caresses will cause your DPS to be a crap load less anyways.

  No it won't. It might be a bit lower, but I know that Raider's Scythe at the least is definitely an upgrade from Braid Tassel. Caresses is a midpoint between Raider's and Braid in terms of MATT and Balance so its damage output probably ends up being that way as well. Too lazy to check numbers.

  I know balance does play a role as well as m att and p att

  Saw someone do it this way, and it's easier than what I was doing:
  
  1) Pick a scythe, get its MATT
  2) Find out your Evie's MATT without a weapon on
  3) Add the scythe MATT to your Evie's MATT
  4) Pick an example boss' DEF (Thor has 6,930)
  5) Subtract your new MATT from the boss' DEF, then multiply by your Balance
  6) Your psuedo-damage range is the balance modified MATT and your max MATT against that one boss
  7) Take the midpoint of that range (low + high / 2)
  8) Compare with other scythes
  
  Applies to any weapon though, not just scythe.
