Every lay in bed trying to go to sleep and you start thinking, and you feel like maybe 15 minutes have gone by and you look over at the clock and it's been hours?
Isn't that crazy?

Yes. :(
This is why I woke up at 4 PM yesterday.. I thought it had been maybe 30 minutes, an hour tops, after noon (the last time I checked my clock.)

I've never felt like that before, because I'm always either wide awake or dead tired. NO F*CKING MIDDLE GROUND!

Wake up, roll around in bed, realize the time passed by so fast.

In my case its more like:
Try to fall asleep
Get frustrated at not being able to fall asleep
Look at clock to see only 15 minutes has gone by when it felt like hours.

Relativity at its finest
that happens to the cat a lot because the cat sleeps

Sometimes it's the opposite. On some weekends I'd be half awake in the mornings and all comfy in bed, and then I feel like hours have passed and I'm totally relaxed, and then I look and it's been like 10 minutes. It's absolutely delightful when it happens n___n
But at night it feels like I can never get to sleep. I'll look at the clock and it's 1. A while later it's 3, and I still can't sleep.

In the mornings when my alarm goes off and I hit snooze, it feels like 20 or so minutes pass until my alarm goes off again 5 minutes later. :)
Nice to seemingly get more sleep~

Especially in the mornings before school.
"Maybe I'll just roll around in bed for five seconds." Then 30 minutes pass by. "I'm late."

Happens all the time. I'll wake up, knowing I have to meet someone a bit later, and decide to lay back down thinking it's just for a few minutes. End up waking up 3 hours later orz

Yes, this happens to me every night. I end up not going to sleep, then crashing at 11 in the morning, then waking up at 1 and going about my internet business. When I was in high school, I would wake up at around 4am, then roll over and close my eyes and sorta half-sleep for about 10 or so minutes, look at the clock, and repeat till 6. I don't have an alarm or anything, my only clock is my cable box lol
