anyone have that enhancement chart?

If you want the current values, just go onto any weapon on VindictusDB and go under the Enhance Level tab. Next to the stats at each enhancement level, there's a chart with the individual gains per level.

I believe it's randomized. 1-5 points if it's at a lower enhancement level and 50+ at higher levels.
At least I think so. I haven't failed much past +5 as I always use runes.

I lost like 1 dur when I failed going from +3 to +4 iirc

I'm not sure on the specifics, I easily went from 100 dura to 52 due to rotten luck when trying to get to just +6/+7
