  It probably won't be cheaper than the Thoroughbred, considering that you have to buy another carpet to get the 50% discount. Thoroughbreds are 10,900 NX, where as the Royal Magic Carpet is 12,500 NX before the discount. So unless the normal Magic Carpet is less than 4650 NX, it will cost more than a Thoroughbred.
  
  But if it's faster than a Thoroughbred on land, and possibly faster than an Eagle in the air, I might get both. D:

  I have white ostritch for 2 person mount (which I used mainly for preG7 lost elfing), thoroughbred for land speed and eagle for air speed so I really don't need more mounts but
  having 2 extra pets for movement is nice so that I don't have to ever desummon a mount and move fast all the time but the cost is like 20k ;___;

  More tempting is the 2 seater for the dual giant riding. The single I might get for lulz but I doubt it as soon all i'll ever use soon is my griffin(s?) and thoroughbred and much much later the tiger. Unless they boast pretty inventory room, i'll pass.

  I suggest not getting the single one. I think the double is better worth your money.
  
  It's quite fast on both land and air so I find this better than a Pelican. It's the best pet for any beginner who needs a travelling mount that seats two people.
