Stuck Reading Character Information

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. When I log into my account, it is stuck "reading character information" And when I click to change characters, it takes me too my giant, but says the name of whatever character I selected...

Anyone know what is wrong? My sisters account works fine!
