New wands in Soilder Gacha?

Because there are better enchants and not too many people can afford obtaining all three advanced spells.

Lots of people can nowadays.

But most people won't waste money on a basic wand (the newer npc wand upgrades are way better for advanced magic) that uses up an extra square.
There's no mana enchants on it - Critical enchants are mostly useless (Base Stat Crit + Base Wand Crit usually goes over 30%), and Damage enchants are insignificant (+2 damage, that'll totally make a difference when I'm hitting 2000 already!)
Unlike the Dittes, it doesn't have a substantially lower repair cost. Or cool looking wings, the gacha ones still look like sticks.

Some people may like it... but it's not really good for anything compared to normal ones.

Not really. The upgrade paths for most of the gachapon-only wands are pretty lame; and Quercus Fire Wand is one of the worst. The only upgrade is casting speed and/or mana consumption; and you'll take a huge hit to damage rate once you upgrade it to a useful level. Only the basic and Dittes wands are egoable.

The only gachapon wand worth the effort is Panacea Healing Wand; because of the huge reduction mana consumption with no other stat loss.
