It's like everything you want in a marriage ring, but backward.
(Now aside from the normal reaction that one might have to the ridiculousness of such a ring, I'm also asking myself, "If marriage is so debased, why do people fight so hard to keep homosexuals from doing it?")

That's stupid. >_>
Why would you spend $3200 on something you'd probably just want to get back to sell?
It's also pretty damn ugly, imo.

because people can be incredibly ignorant and intolerant for no real reason.

Well this is fascinating. I myself don't plan on getting married anytime soon if ever. So I don't think I'll be getting a divorce. Hard to get a divorce if you weren't married to begin with. Lol.
I wouldn't look down on the people who did get it though. It's their money and their lives. If they want a fancy ring that lets everyone know they are divorced than so be it.
Society can do it's thing and I'll keep to myself as long as they don't bother me. *closes door*

I think it's supposed to represent "peaceful divorce" i.e. an understanding, instead of a forced one.

Just go to the beach while wearing your ring, then take it off after.
Ring tan-line is free (unless you get cancer).

Why would I want a constant reminder of my past on my finger everyday?
