  Probably better to invest in moving to a better area that isnt in a dangerous area that could flood again. Incase it happens again and wash away the $800 Jacuzzi or the new computer or someone's life :v

  You don't have to tell me. My parents are f*cking ridiculous when it comes to this stuff. It's mostly my dad, my mom just agrees cause he'll have a fit if she doesn't :U
  
  And we can't just move out Juju. We have to have the town buy out our house first. And all we can do is WAIT. No one will buy a house in a flood zone. So yeahhh.
