Why is Vindictus Not Smooth.

  But no. It still stutters and lags. In town, I'm not getting any more than 25 FPS, even at low settings. In fact, for some bizarre reason, higher settings actually run faster. No idea how that works. On the dock, it dies down to 15 FPS. At this point I'm pissed. On a boat, it goes to 30. I can live with that. In a solo dungeon, my FPS is ~40. Pretty good. Heres the bad part. In a 2 person dungeon, it dies down to 10 FPS. In a 8 person raid, it goes down to 5; pretty bad.
  
  At this point I'm thinking its the server's problem.
  If its not, please point out my mistakes.
