I once thought the same. Then I tried it and realised it's one of the best sausage dishes the world has to offer.

Technically its healthier to eat something for breakfast rather than for dinner anyways.
Other than the amount theres nothing too wrong with it. Most of it looks like what most of us normally eat on a regular basis, just not as much.
Many people skip breakfast as a diet, but this is actually the wrong decision. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and eating it can help you lose weight. If you really want to skip a meal, skip dinner instead. We always eat the most at dinner, but thats when your body least needs the food. It usually stores everything you eat.
Breakfast is almost always burned off by the end of the day. I can't say the same for this guy since he packs almost 4 times the amount of calories I intake in a day with just one sitting, but if he's skipping dinner and getting good exercise theres actually nothing wrong with this.
Edit:
It was a restaurant challenge! He's not gonna do this occasionally.

I would eat that :blood:
I wondered what "Black Pudding" was - now that I know, blood sausage is still delicious
Give me an hour or two and I can finish all of the food, if I prepare myself well for it

Most doesn't look too bad, but there's no way I'd eat that much freakin' bread.

12 pounds translate to roughly 19 usd right now? So grab a handful of friends and just buy it as a regular menu thing and share :thumb:

Wow, talk about an eating contest. Jesus. I could never imagine eating all of that. The things us Americans will do while the rest of the world is starving!

He and the challenge are from Britain. And him not taking that challenge wouldn't end world hunger.

I hear around 3K calories is a pound on a person. So what, 2 pounds of calories plus the actual weight of the food? xD
