Maelstrom enchant scroll drop in Contract hero mode?

rampage seems like less of a pain in the ass but i've heard larken drops it too. drop rates might be better on larken.

sry, couldn't link the scroll on Vidictus Database since i'm at work and the internet filter blocks that.
