I've heard something like 'rounded' ES binds the item to the user...
Are there any others like that?

I thought it was only rank 9 and above scrolls that would bind equipment to you, e.g. Force.

...unless you can still COD it even tho you can't put it on the marketplace?
Edit: nexon just made it so you can't send money through the mail system so COD is dead.

Wha-wha-what?!!!
Edit:
Quote from Nexon:
This is a temporary change, and the function will be reinstated shortly.
Phew.

You forget that temporary to Nexon means months to forever. Seals of dedication anyone? East/West marketplace forums anyone?

It's Nexon we're talking about though. But the Vindictus team in general is better at fixing things.
Also, enchants themselves are not able to be listed on the marketplace, it doesn't actually affect the item that you enchant (unless it's r9 or above).

That was my understanding. And for the record, it
used to be possible to COD
any rank enchant scroll, back when COD was an option.

the wiki doesn't say that for any other low level enchants though. since none of the enchants can be placed on the market, it would seem redundant to put that message in the first place if it only applies to the enchant itself.

Exactly what is it that the wiki doesn't say?
All the enchant pages I looked at showed:
This item can be traded.
with the item itself, and then in the notes section stated:
Cannot currently be placed on the Market
If the item couldn't be traded at all, then you wouldn't even be able to mail it. There is only a restriction for listing enchants (the scrolls themselves) on the Market.
