How much have we given them in military aid, how much did we give them after that earthquake and floods? And this is how they treat us?

You're thinking too simply. Among the major points, you gotta consider:
1) You can't buy respect with money, etc.
2) They have their own problems to worry about.

They're trying to strike a balance as best as they can. If you were to study the geopolitics of that region, you'd know that terrorists are not their government's friends.
