I want to know which shadow mission gives the most exp for time spent?
Also which mission give out desirable rewards?

You can go for doppleganger and the zombie mission. If your damage is really good you can solo them in at most 15 minutes. Hard mode doppleganger s probably best solo exp though since their is a midway boss with high exp, and the final boss gives 20k iirc. Adds up to like 130k or so(i thinks)

"Their Methods", which is the Zombie SM, is really easy to solo in terms of risk/reward. Just spam WM. Zombies shouldn't be able to kill you. Probably for some people, not dealing enough damage fast enough is a problem since they have pretty high defense, protection, and HP at Hardmode.

Taillteann seems much better to me atm.
Shadow Cast City is pretty good. Though, the Doppleganger is resistant to some kinds of stun which makes fighting it weird, and if it summons clones then you have to waste time killing all of them while hoping not to get massive multi-aggro.
Their Method mission sucks (it's easy, but it's boring and the rewards aren't that great - aside from Burgundy Bear).
Behind Enemy is pretty good as far as experience, but lacks any decent item rewards. Also, if your aim sucks then this becomes a big time waste. With a party, you can do the split up technique that I recommended for speed running (like for Sliab).
Lingering Darkness seems to have the best rewards out of the 4. Splitting up works here too, which makes it better than Shadow Cast if you have a good group. Haven't really tested this one out for efficiency yet.
Sliab Cuilin and Shadow Warrior still feel like winners to me. But maybe I just need to familiarize myself with these new ones more.

Shadow cast City Hard requires a 3 person party for the kill speed to exp ratio to be worth it in my opinion. For doppel, stand back, use a pet to swipe it, unsummon when it calls clones and use Adniel to chip off a good amount of it's hp away.
Their Method takes too long for me. I can run around 2 Shadow Warriors by the time I'm done with one. It could be because I don't know the exact location zombies are but still, it won't speed things up much. I also don't like taking my time grouping enemies to wm.
Haven't done the other two in a full party yet and that I'll stick with Shadow Warrior for solo still.

I can run inter Zombie mission faster than Inter shadow warrior.
7 Minutes for zombie around 10 min for shadow warrior. Plus you dont have to fly back to town to get another shadow quest. This is petless in mission.

Shadow Warrior Hard takes me ~8 minutes. Their Method Hard took me ~15 minutes. Neither one really uses pets. Their Method uses a lot more potions.
Maybe the difficulties scale differently between levels, but I don't see how the zombie mission can be faster. Unless Windmill is your only ranked offensive skill, in which case you're lacking the capability to run Shadow Warrior efficiently.

I feel like Shadow Cast City is a fantastic mission if you have a high ranked Ice Spear. The enemies always stand so close to each other that you can just fire away, kill and move on the to the next batch. For solo, the experience is fantastic, but it might take some time. I can see two people doing it just fine, however.
I'm a little iffy on Their Method. Took me 20 minutes to do it the first time I tried it, but that's 'cause I got pretty lost. The mission is quite heavy on Stamina potions and I kinda don't like running in Deadly all the time. Makes me nervous and therefore, more prone to dying.
However, I read on the JP wiki that it gives about 125K exp total. So it really depends on how fast you complete it. If you can do it in 10 minutes, this mission is gold.

Considering at Hard level, most people can run 2 Shadow Warriors in the same time as 1 Their Method...
Shadow Warrior gives 53K exp + (24 x 840~1400) =
73~87K exp total depending on what spawns in each orb.
Double that for the speed, and you're left with 146~174K in the same amount of time.
If somebody can run the Zombie mission in 10 minutes, it's likely they can clear Shadow Warrior in under 6. Meaning Shadow Warrior would still win.
Shadow Warrior also allows mages and archers to spam efficient missions, while Their Method will restrict you to only melee and alchemy.
Taking item prizes into consideration, its Burgundy Bear and 3cm Diamonds (and later Spark 9) versus Defensive Cylinder and Bat Hat. Zombies is a bit better, but not by much.

Are you taking in account the quest gathering speed?
PETLESS?
Their method is instant. You go out. Go back in.
SW you have to fly or wing back to town and get another quest.
For people who have no flying pets. Their Method wins hands down completely.

Well the Gold drops in Tara missions seem alot higher. So money is better there. Personally with Blaze soloing Cullin Hard has gotten ALOT faster. and I get a snow golem each time. Thats a win in my book.
Exp slightly better for mages in Tara. Just opinion.
