On the same subject of baby teeth, what age does the last tooth come out usually? I can't remember when my last one was gone...

Eh, I don't even remember. I'd say maybe...around 10? Gosh, I don't have a clue. >_<
edit: Quick google search says at about 12.

I used pliers for one of mine and the rest just fell out from me playing with them with my tongue.

I had all my wisdom teeth taken out, my mouth couldn't fit those let alone a normal amount of teeth.
I use to poke at my baby teeth with my tongue and twist them around until they were loose enough.

Twist bit by bit till it comes out. When it's mostly loose, then you can just twist it around more and then try pulling it out. Or, let them grow wiggly to the extent you're able to pull them out without too much bleeding?
Iunno, back then when I fell off the hill down my street, the fall made one of my baby teeth fall out on it's own, was kinda funny because I was gonna go to the dentist to pull it out, lol.

...probably not the 'best' methods... xD

I had 2 baby teeth pulled out by a dentist when I was young. My other teeth were coming in but there was no room so they were starting to grow too far back. The dentist numbed me but didn't do it well enough for my taste. It turns out, my first 2 baby teeth I had pulled out had long roots... It hurt.
As for other times...I kind of...twist my teeth? It's hard to explain. Slowly loosening them as painlessly as possible. I did have other times where I would be sent to the dentist. Because of the first one, I'm always scared of them, even though getting a tooth pulled has never hurt since then.

Most of mine were just me wiggling them with my tongue until they fell out on their own (meaning I pushed out the tooth with my tongue), except for two.
The first one that I didn't play with was kinda loose, but not enough for me to notice, and was shortly after another tooth already fell out, when I got hit in the face with a baseball while trying to catch it. Obviously that tooth got knocked out, leaving a nice gap on my bottom row, since the teeth were right next to each other.
The second one I lost when I snuck downstairs as a kid to get an Oreo without my mom knowing. I bit into the cookie and swallowed. When I went to take the next bite, I noticed there was a new space in my teeth that wasn't there before I bit into that cookie. Got pissed because I couldn't get my 50 cents from the tooth fairy.

Pfffft, I got a whole dollar for every one of my teeth.
But your story reminded me that I knocked like 2 or 3 of my brother's baby teeth out for him. We would play in the pool in the summer when we were younger (I was in like fourth grade, so it was maybe...8 or so years ago?), and we'd be flailing about and I'd accidentally sock my brother in the face. He'd start crying until he realized he'd be getting a buck that night, then he'd say
Thanks Emily!

I didn't know any better. Maybe the tooth fairy might come.

I just wiggled my teeth with my tongue until they fell out on their own. No blood or anything... except for two. My two front teeth were growing too fast and my baby teeth weren't loose at all, so I had to go get them pulled. I refused to open my mouth though.. so they just pried my mouth open and yanked my teeth without using the painkillers >__> I was like, 4...
Also I'm technically "missing" a tooth. I still have a baby tooth that hasn't fallen out. Nothing's growing there either. My mom has the same thing.
