Pore strips aren't particularly good for your skin in the first place.
If you have clogged pores you need to change how you're washing your skin or stop touching your face, not forcibly rip them open with adhesives and junk.

You can do sugaring (basically like waxing, but better for your skin) yourself at home too. It's super easy to make.
