For g10 its alchemist cause you can get alchemist in training suits.
Other wise its soldier.

I'd actually say Production, if you're looking for money.
-Terra Gothic Full Dress 10m+
-Large Ribbon 10m+
-Elegant Gothic Long and Short 4m+ and 8m+
-Elegant Gothic Suit 3m+

I do either Production or Exploration because they often gives out rare items.
