Seems we are entering a new phase in human History. The anti government era is what I call it. If this keeps up, we may be heading into a state of martial law. Especially if it gets as bad as London.

Anyways, what's your guys thoughts on all the protests around the world that's been going on as of late?

Personally, we are in need of a massive change cause with the way things are right now, it's only going to get worse.

Then again, i sorta like that "no murduring" law a tiny bit. And the "no breaking my arm" one too.

It would be so much easier to just select goverment leaders by lottery every year. Then again, im lazy and that would be the lazy way of doing things, not the most effective.

Edit- just though, wouldnt a good way to help with this is to require that no big budgets be allowed for political advertisment. If people who wanted to become president had to spread there reputation by word of mouth and the internet it would take a lot more effort and we would have a lot more candidates from middle and lower class in the ballot.

How about Somalia? There is your example there.

Anarchy is definitely not the way to go. Too much things depends on the government, but at the same time, many governments have a lot of corruption. Some governments really do need major reforms.

Oh, all the protests isn't going to help the economy at all. It makes the economy even worse because all those people that are protesting are not working, which means less money to spend to fuel economy.
