95 to 95 Patch Stops at 99%

When ever I try and download the patch, it stops at the 95_to_95.0 patch at 55%, so I close it and reopen it, and then it stops at the 95_to_95.1 patch at 99%. So I reclose it and open it, and then it starts at the 55% again..

Suggestions?

Edit: Manual Patch just says "Lastest Version of Mabinogi Client installed" or something like that.
